Cause

The rental operator has no connected payout account yet, or its KYB is not verified. The booking share of a combined booking payment is paid out to that account, so a combined booking deposit session cannot be created.

Partner action

Ask the rental operator to complete their payout account verification in Gando settings, then retry. Use a standard deposit in the meantime.

Check accounts.stripe_account_id and accounts.kyb_status (must be verified); see assertPayoutAccountReady in modules/booking-deposit-session/utils/payout-account.ts.
