Cause

The payout exceeds the balance left after the cancellation reserve is held back, on operator Stripe Connect payouts and operator Inflow payouts. The partner API reports the same rejection as insufficient_balance, with withdrawableCents and reserveCents in details.

Partner action

Lower the amount to withdrawableCents. The reserve stays on the balance to fund cancellations.

Gando action (internal)

Compare the requested debit (instant payout fees included) with withdrawableCents from the refund reserve. Stripe uses the Connect available balance and combined booking amounts; Inflow uses the wallet balance and collected payments.
